PROJECT INCLUSIONS
In-Person Training
6 interactive training days throughout 2026, including:
- Live demonstration lessons, with opportunities to try approaches in classrooms
- Direct answers to teacher questions, backed by research summaries and resources
- Modules on aspects of mathematics, effective teaching and assessment
- Opportunity to develop a school numeracy plan
Online Webinars
- Held twice per term after school
- Access to 8 new recordings plus a library of 21+ previously recorded sessions
- Optional attendance – sessions provide extra support through short, sharp, and highly interactive workshops
- Live participation gives teachers the chance to ask questions and receive additional support and guidance
- Workshop recordings are filmed separately (so participants aren’t recorded) and remain accessible for all of 2025

Individual access for 12 months, including access to:
- F-8 AC9 lessons + Essential Maths Years 11-12
- Assessment task bank with moderation for problem solving, reasoning, and understanding
- F-6 work program
- 40 hours of online professional learning videos

Physical Resources
- Project manual + 3 Interventions Program books
- Primary teachers: game cards for rotation groups and fluency development, and a Back-to-Front Maths Workbook
- Secondary teachers: Interleaved Maths Essential Connections for Year 11 or Year 12 (student textbook + teacher reference)

- Additional mentoring for leaders, including training on working with teams and developing a whole-school numeracy plan
A project report is supplied to each school. This includes student progress data in key number concepts, an overview of project activities and focus areas, and summary statistics.

Optional Extra: School Data Analysis Report ($1900)
Tierney will analyse your NAPLAN & PAT-M data, including individual student growth, and provide 4–5 practical, site-specific recommendations.
These recommendations will directly inform and guide teacher learning throughout the project, helping them focus on your school’s priorities. Graphs and insights can also be used in annual reports or audits, providing both transparency and a clear roadmap for ongoing progress.
