All attendees receive:

• 1 live day of training, which includes 2 sessions with real students to build practical skills. You will use the diagnostic testing to find out which misconceptions a student has, then plan for, and trial an actual mini-lesson while supported by Tierney.
• 1 online day with 3 modules on key number concepts, as well as how to build students’ skills using games and physical manipulatives.
• Certification for 3 years
• Resource pack: so that you are set up and ready to go

Program leaders also receive:

• An additional online day, which includes modules on how to set up and run a successful intervention, how to analyse your data and identify students who need help, and how to work with teachers.
• A full year of follow up and support
• Access to all training materials
• Additional videos to support trained staff back at school.

• Teaching assistants, aides, support officers etc. who support students with mathematics, or who you would like to do that role in the future. All age groups are covered (suitable for primary and high school).
• Teachers who run or plan to start small-group tutoring for intervention.

• Teachers who have limited experience with misconceptions and just want to know how to help their kids.
