Quantity and Partitioning are some of the most important concepts for students to understand to develop Number Sense in the Early Years from Kindergarten to Grade 2.  By fixing these, we can catch kids up quickly and effectively on concepts that should have developed from K-2, building a firm foundation for later learning.

This course includes an hour-long demonstration in an early primary class with real children, and is ideal for:

  • K-3 Teachers
  • Learning Support Teachers
  • 3-7 Teachers with students who appear to not understand numbers to 100
  • Leaders and numeracy coaches who want to learn about sustainable whole-school change

Morning tea, lunch and tea and coffee are all included.

Attendees also receive a copy of “Fixing Misconceptions in Addition and Subtraction”, valued at $49.95

To register, scroll to the bottom of the page

Additional Options.  Purchase a ticket with one (or both!) of the following options:

  • “Complete the Set” – Add the additional 4 books in the Interventions series for $150 + postage (valued at $200)
  • “Web Subscription” – Add a 12-month Individual Website Subscription to the Back-to-Front Maths site for $150 (valued at $249.95)
